Caring too Late

" Over the summer I spent a weekend camping at Shaver lake. It's easy to see the drought in action, the shoreline has receded  drastically. It is so devastating to this area because so many depend on water for agriculture. Shaver Lake is man made and that helps generate  electricity. That doesn't happen when water levels are low. We can't wait for the water to begone before we care, that's caring too late."
